Return and Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final.

RETURNS:

• Damaged or defective items: it is highly unlikely that you will receive a damaged or defected item, but in the case that you do please contact me immediately upon the receipt of your order. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.
• Please provide photographs of the damaged item in addition to your order number for review. Any damaged or defective items will be repaired and sent back to you.

REFUNDS:

• A refund will be issued at my discretion. If a refund is warranted due to damage or defect that can't be repaired, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
